    Omg! Mercedes Jones

and High School Musical is for people who are like 10 year old. High School is full of sex, drugs, and sluts.
But Disney's version is full of cooperation, cheesy "secrets", and perkiness.

    Glee is an upgrade.

and @ Kurt's pimped out Suburban thing.

No honey, you have it all mixed up. High School Musical is for the candy and rainbow, sh*ts and giggles kinda people.

Glee is for fierce, mature people with class and taste who enjoy an occasional good laugh and joy.

Watch the show before you judge.

Here is a low quality version of the guys doing Its My Life/Confessions.

The girls do Halo and Walking on Sunshine. They are basically competing with each other for regionals.

Glee is SOOO different than high school musical and it becomes apparent SO MUCH MORE in the future episodes. Glee is cheeky, daring, sarcastic, LAUGH OUT LOUD funny, and everything opposite of cookie-cutter. Put in Unbelievable music, DIVERSE MUSIC and not just campy hits and it is just amazing.

I love the music in Glee!
I may not be huge fans of the original versions but I love how they mix it up.

Introduced me to this song by Jasmine Sullivan.

Other interesting things about Glee coming up is that Rachel (Lea Michele) leaves the glee club and Kristin Chenoweth (from Wicked) replaces her even though shes just a washed up former Glee club member.

Kurt is gay and what you saw was Mercedes thinking he likes her and then finding out it was a lie.

Kurt's dad sees him dancing the Single Ladies dance by Beyonce so Kurt joins the football team and makes the whole team learn the dance to make his dad think its just a team workout LOL

      Spoiler:
"Somebody To Love" - Queen : New Directions
"Golddigger" - Kanye West : New Directions and Will
"Bust Your Windows" - Jazmine Sullivan : Mercedes
"Maybe This Time" - Cabaret : Rachel and April (Kristin Chenoweth)
"Last Name" - Carrie Underwood : April (Kristin Chenoweth)
"No Air" - Jordan Sparks : Rachel and Finn
    "Ride Wit Me" - Nelly
"Sweet Caroline" - Neil Diamond : Puck
"Tell Him" - Barbara Streisand & Celine Dion : Mercedes
"Bust a Move" - Young MC : Will
"I Say A Little Prayer" - Dionne Warwick : for sure the Cheerios... maybe others.
    "It's My Life" - Bon Jovi/"Confessions" - Usher : New Direction Boys
"Halo" - Beyonce/"Walking on Sunshine" - Katrina and the Waves : New Direction Girls
"Keep Holding On" - Avril Lavigne
    "Push It" - Salt-n-Pepa
"I Wanna Sex You Up" - Color Me Badd
"Defying Gravity" - Wicked : Kurt (also possibly Rachel, but Kurt for sure now)
"I Could Have Danced All Night" - My Fair Lady : Emma
"Thong Song" - Sisqo : Ken
"Le Freak" - Chic : New Directions
    "Take a Bow" - Rihanna : Rachel
"All By Myself" - Eric Carmen/Celine Dion
    "Money, Money" - Cabaret
    "Tonight" - West Side Story
"And I Am Telling You" - Dreamgirls : Mercedes

Here are the future songs coming up on Glee. SO FRICKING EXCITED

Thanks for those bball. I liked the first half of Halo/Walking on Sunshine.

Bust yo Windows was great, I'm surprised at how good of a dancer Amber was.

With It's my life I'm not 100% sold on Cory's vocals yet, I still think they're too weak for the lead. Hopefully he'll get better though.

Oh and WIN @ Kristen Chenoweth getting songs .

You should probably watch the show before making that kind of assumption, especially when half of it makes no sense. Glee is nothing like high school musical at all except there's a jock type that sings. Anyway...

I'm pretty sure that Rachel only leaves the club for that episode. The show would NOT give her all this publicity for being on Glee and then just completely get rid of her.

Work @ Kristin Chenoweth. She is one of the greatest singers...ever imo. I love that she's gonna be on.

Ugh, I am SO excited for this to start up in September. It looks like it's going to be amazing. If the rest of the series is as hilarious and entertaining as the pilot, this will definitely become my new favorite show hands down.

I LOVED the pilot. I'll admit I thought it was gunna be crap seeing the first 2-3 minutes, But then it picked up and just got amazing. I can't wait until the rest of the show comes out, I mean, it just looks like the new best show. Really, Really, Really looking forward to it.

Don't stop believin' was great, Loved every part of the song. Especially when Will is standing in the hall and hears the back ground music the "dah dah dah" and he's like "what." and he walks in, I just loved that part.

I also officialy love Lea Michele.

Oh, and I have to add, Sue's line to Emma where she is like "Your resentment is delicious." Is one of my new favourite quotes from any show ever.

Oh, and I want to see Will and Emma together, Screw off Terry.

    From the Glee Facebook.

"The premiere of GLEE has been moved up! The show will debut Wednesday, 9/9, rather than the previously announced 9/16."

I'm seriously excited for this show to start airing.

The pilot was very good with some sprinkles of brilliance (Lea Michele, Jane Lynch, that amazing reworking of Amy Winehouse's "Rehab") and the energy was awesome so I'm really curious to see where it goes. There's room for improvement, for sure, but let's hope they got that all settled out while they were filming over the summer because it could be a really amazing show.
