Welcome back to another day of “The Real Housewives” countdown !
It’s here that the I am ranking most of the housewives from the hit series “The Real Housewives”.
Today I will be ranking #63-61.
Here is #63:
STACIE SCOTT TURNER
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF D.C.”
Tagline: (Season 1) “D.C. is my town and I thrive in it”
Here we have Stacie Scott Turner. Many did not watch “ The Real Housewives of New Jersey”, but she was one of the better housewives from that series in my opinion.
Stacie had a lot going for her, she had a wonderful and supporting husband, great kids, and she was extremely smart. She graduated from Howard University and Harvard Business School. She was one of the housewives that was “level-headed”, she was very nice and calm person and didn’t try to get involved with much of the drama.
Stacie was the housewife that probably gave Michaele the most benefit of the doubt and was pretty much a friend to her until the whole “White House gate crasher” incident with Michaele and her husband Tareq. We saw her angry, but she never really made a big scene like many of the other housewives.
Stacie showed a lot of promise and I would have loved to had seen her on the next season if the show was renewed. She was a very nice, very classy, and she brough a sort of “prescene” and grace to the show that I liked.
Stacie is #63 because we didn’t get to see as much of her as some of us would have liked to have seen because of the cancellation of the show and that most of the season was about Michaele and Tareq Salahi.
Here is #62:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY”
Tagline: (Season 6) “Soccer moms drive mini vans, but this girl drives a Bentley”
Here we have Peggy Tanous from “The Real Housewives of Orange County” Season 6. Peggy is a very interesting one for me. My opinion of Peggy was a rollercoaster ride throughout Season 6 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County”. Some episode I would like her and some episodes she just annoyed me.
She came onto the show being very good friends with Alexis, and we all know what happens when good friends go on the same show, their friendship doesn’t last long, and that is exactly what happened with Alexis and Peggy. Their relationship was pretty rocky throughout the season and by the time Season 6 ended and Season 7 began, it looked like they couldn’t repair their friendship.
Peggy really tried to portray that she had the perfect marriage, many questions from the housewives about her marriage were brought up throughout the season. During the one whole season that she was on, she always seemed to have some grudge against Alexis Bellino, I don’t even remember what it was or if it was even clarified on the show. Maybe Peggy was more interested in showing herself off rather than working on her friendship with Alexis.
Peggy did appear on the first few episodes of Season 7 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County”, but it seems like she had enough and she quit the show. Afterwards, her marriage was still in question, including papers that said that she was divorced and filed for bankruptcy, which Peggy has denied. She tried to portray that she had the perfect marriage and that she didn’t really have a lot of faults, but the housewives found out that after that she wasn’t so perfect, that is why she is #62.
Here is #61:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY”
Tagline: (Season 4) “I’m just your typical Orange County housewife, I am obsessed with being young”
(Season 5)“It doesn’t matter how much money you have, it’s how good you look spending it”
Lynne Curtin was definitely an interesting one of both of her seasons of “The Real Housewives of Orange County”. Lynne wasn’t the main star of the season she was on, but she definitely had her moments that were controversial and a bit shocking.
To sum up Lynne for me is, that she is a beautiful housewife with a nice personality, but she is a bit of a hot mess. Whether it would be at the reunion when somebody would make her cry or just on a random episode, she was a hot mess some of the times. There was always something a bit “off” or “cooky” with Lynne. She wasn’t crazy like NYC housewife Kelly was, but there is just something about Lynne. Lol.
Lynne did have some embarrassing moments on the show for sure. I am sure all of remember that episode were they were given an eviction notice for their house and her daughter Raquel was at the door to receive it. That was a very sad moment to see and Lynne herself that she was embarrassed. This led to an argument with her husband because she thought that they were good financially and that he was lying to her. Those scenes were pretty sad for Lynne and I felt bad for her.
She also came under fire a bit for her parenting with her two daughters. Her daughters were portrayed on the show as a bit wild and they even embarrassed Lynne a few times. Sometimes they way they would speak to her was just appalling. I remember towards the end of either Season 4 or Season 5, that there was a party at someone’s house and the daughters took a limo and showed up to the party drunk. I don’t know if both of the daughters were under 21, but I remember I least one of them was at the time from the housewives’ confessionals. I don’t have that much of a problem with underage drinking, but that isn’t a good thing to show off when you are on a reality show. Lynne Curtin was a beautiful housewife with a bit of an edge that did ruffle some of the housewives’ feathers throughout her two seasons on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” and that is why she is #61.
Here are hints for the next three housewives:
Daughter was accused of stealing, 90210, and this housewife says "Holla!"
Hello everyone and welcome to another day of "The Real Housewives" countdown !
Today I will be ranking the next three housewives; #60-58.
Here is #60:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF D.C.”
Tagline: (Season 1) “I don’t make money, I spend money”
Well, here we are, the last “The Real Housewives of D.C.” housewife on my ranking. Her and Stacie I think were the best of the housewives of the one season this show was on for.
Mary Amons is probably one of the more attractive housewives, and like Stacie, she probably had her stuff together the most. It looked like she had the all-american family. One thing I really liked about Mary was that she was really involved in charities, she even has two of her own charities.
On the show, like Stacie, she was pretty calm and nice. Mary also had a little edge and had a few arguments throughout the season. Her biggest blow out was actually with Michaele Salahi’s husband Tareq at when they went to the Salahi’s wine vineyard. Tareq accused Mary’s daughter Lolli of steeling some equipment and bragging about it on Facebook. This immediately sent Mary into tears and that put the huge divide between The Salahi’s and the rest of the housewives and their families.
In the end, it turns out that his accusation against Mary’s daughter Lolli was false. From then on, Mary, let alone all the other housewives, were done with The Salahi’s and wanted nothing to do with them. After the show was over, most of the housewives of “The Real Housewives of D.C.” became single. I was shocked when I read that her and her husband were divorcing after 26 years of marriage. I wish both of them the best as well as the rest of the housewives. Mary brought us some shocking moments and everything came to a head at the wine vineyard, and that is why she lands at #60.
Here is #59
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS”
Tagline: (Season 1) “Money is what I have, not who I am”
(Season 2) “Having it all is easy, if you’re willing to work for it”
(Season 3) “Know your friends, show your enemies the door”
Adrienne Maloof is #59 on my countdown. Adrienne Maloof was probably, if not, the richest housewife on the show. Her family owned “The Palms Casino and Resort” in Las Vegas, own some of the Sacremento Kings as well as a music company. Her house she lived in with her husband Paul was very nice as well.
Some of you may not know this, but rumor has it, that Adrienne Maloof was originally going to be a “Friend of the Housewives” instead of an actually being a “housewife” on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, but they had enough footage to make her an actual housewife. I think that was a good decision because she did add a lot to the show.
I have different opinions of Adrienne if I’m telling the truth. Like a few of the housewives, my opinion of her was like a roller coaster ride. In the first season, Adrienne was pretty popular. Her relationship with her husband in the first season was very fun to watch. One thing Adrienne did really well was being the mediator in several situations, including the argument in the limo between sisters Kyle and Kim Richards in the show’s first season finale.
Adrienne always seemed to be pretty level headed especially in confrontations. She didn’t fly off the handle like some of the other housewives, she stayed cool, calm, and collected most of the time. In the first season, many would go to Adrienne for some advice as well. She had a few conversations with housewives like Kyle and Kim. On the Season 1 finale, she tried to calm both down and calm the situation down between Kyle and Kim.
I liked that at first, Adrienne always seemed to be there for her friends. Once Season 2 came along, she accused Lisa of leaking stories to the press. Something fishy began to go on with Adrienne. Her relationship became a little strange and soon became a bit clearer to us viewers that something was up.
I read before Season 3 that Adrienne was involved in all this drama and that she wanted to quit mid way into the season. I knew we were not going to see a lot of Adrienne as a housewife in Season 3, but I was shocked at how actual little we saw of her on Season 3. After the fight with Brandi, Adrienne and her husband were barely on the show. I think Camille Grammer had more screentime than she did.
But Adrienne did add something to the show. She went from being a mediator and someone who people went to for advice, to being the center of part of the drama that occurred in Season 3. She didn’t even show up to the third season’s reunion show, that ended her time being a housewife of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” as Andy Cohen said and that is why she is #59.
Here is #58:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY”
Tagline: (Season 5) “My success is built on women look and feel their best, Holla!”
Heather Thomson from “The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 5 is our housewife at #58. Heather Thomson was one of the three housewives added to the fifth season of “The Real Housewives of New York City” after the firing of 4 of the housewives after Season 4. Heather Thomson was initially one of my favorites of the new housewives and it was interesting seeing her interaction with some of the other housewives.
One of the major sources of drama for Season 5 was Ramona vs. Heather. The fights weren’t vicious, but they were pretty funny to watch. The thing that just bugged Ramona so much just the way Heather would smile when Ramona would make a dig at her or have a heated conversation. I would laugh at some moments of that because I don’t know why it got under Ramona’s skin so much.
Heather Thomson is also the creator of Yummie Tummie and her business has been pretty successful as well. Some of the highlights of Heather Thomson was her feud with veteran housewife Ramona Singer and the London Trip. Heather Thomson invited many of the girls on her business trip to London, but at the time, her and Ramona were feuding, so she didn’t invite her, that didn’t go over well with Ramona. Lol.
By the time the “The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 5 reunion came along, her and Ramona seemed to patch things up and when Andy asked if she had another trip to London, whether or not she would invite Ramona, she said she definitely would. It’s going to be interesting to watch Heather Thomson on the next season of “The Real Housewives of New York City”, but for now, since she was only on one season and I got to know some other housewives better, she lands at #58 on my countdown.
Here are hints for the next three housewives of my countdown:
It's like she lives on her own planet, Kim Kardashian is that you?, and Jody's "sidekick"
Hello everyone! Welcome to the next day of my countdown !
Today, I am counting down the housewives #57-55.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend, I know I am !
Here is #57
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY”
Tagline: (Season 2 and Season 3) “I’ve created a great life, and I love living it”
(Season 4) “I’m living the American Dream, one mistake at a time”
Kelly Killloren-Bensimon shows up as #57 on my countdown! Kelly is probably one of the most interesting characters that has ever been on the show. Most of the time, my mouth was on the floor during scenes featuring Kelly, mostly because most of it didn’t make sense. Lol.
Kelly was pretty crazy in Seasons 2 and 3 of “The Real Housewives of New York City”, but I will give credit where credit is due and that she calmed down a bit by the time she was on Season 4. Unfortunately, maybe she should have been a bit more interesting in Season 4 because she was let go after Season 4.
Kelly had feuds with most of the housewives but she probably had the biggest feuds with veteran housewife Bethenny Frankel. Looking back at the reunions that both were on, it was clear that they didn’t get along. Especially when they would roll back scenes, like the scene of Kelly coming late to meet Bethenny to dinner. Once Kelly got to dinner, she verbally attacked Bethenny and I was shocked at some of the things she said.
You definitely could see that a lot of the times, Kelly would be living in “Kelly World” where there were butterflies, jump ropes and cartwheels, as Kelly described it. Kelly also probably had one of the biggest meltdowns in “Housewives History” when the girls went on vacation in Season 3. All of the girls went on the vacation except Jill and LuAnn, even though Kelly didn’t get along with the majority of the girls, she still went on the trip.
Kelly’s meltdown in Season 3 was very uncomfortable to watch. Most of the times, she would instigate arguments, verbally attack people, and would not make sense with her statements. She eventually departed from the trip early and Jill surprised the girls on vacation. Even at the Season 3 reunion, she would basically be either talking in circles or not making full sentences and even the rest of the housewives were a bit shocked by her behavior.
I was happy to see Kelly calm down a bit for “The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 4. She still had her moments of “Crazy Kelly” as some of the housewives would call her, but not as much. There was even a moment when the housewives took a trip to Morocco, Kelly was the mediator when Alex was having an argument with Jill and LuAnn. Kelly impressed me in Season 4 and I was proud of her, but the rest of her crazy antics weren’t enough to be any higher on my list and that is why she lands at #57 on my countdown.
Here is #56
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF MIAMI”
Tagline: (Season 1) “My husbands’ got moves, but I run the game”
Larsa Pippen is the next housewife on my countdown. Larsa Pippen was from the first season of “The Real Housewives of Miami”, which was originally supposed to be a revamp of the show “Miami Social” before it became a housewife series after production with the show was done.
Larsa initially stood out to me. I had to do a double take because in my opinion, she has some similarities to celebrity Kim Kardashian. Infact, they are actually really good friends in real life.
Larsa Pippen was one of the calmer housewives at the beginning, it seemed like she had a very nice drama free life with her husband and her children in Fort Lauderdale. Her and housewife Cristy Rice were probably the closest to each other. They spent a lot of time together and were shown on the show going out to restaurants and events together as well. I think she sort of got sucked into the drama because of Cristy. But apparently, at the Season 1 reunion, she had problems with a few of the housewives, like Adriana.
Larsa Pippen is married to basketball player, Scottie Pippen. I really liked their relationship on the show. They seemed happy with each other and it always looked like they had a good time. Larsa Pippen didn’t return for Season 2. There were rumors that her house in Fort Lauderdale was her summer home and that she still lived in Chicago, so I guess by Bravo standards, she “technically” didn’t live in Florida. But, she does have a show on another network and she has showed up on several episodes of “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami” on the E! Channel. Although Larsa was an beautiful, exotic, and fun housewife, we didn’t get to know Larsa as well as we wanted to do to the short season and the editing of the season and that lands her at #56 on my countdown.

Here is #55
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF VANCOUVER”
Tagline: (Season 2) “ I put my demons behind me but I’m still no angel”
Amanda Hansen from “The Real Housewives of Vancouver” Season 2 lands at #55 on our countdown. Amanda Hansen was one of the three new housewives that joined Season 2 of “The Real Housewives of Vancouver” after the departure of Christina and Reiko.
When we first met Amanda, she told us that she was in a long distance relationship with a man that lived in the United States named Kyle. She told us that she was also a recovering alcoholic. Amanda loved spending time with her kids as it was shown on the show. She was friends with Jody’s daughter Mia at first. Jody’s daughter, Mia, wanted Jody to met with Amanda since Jody was a business women, she wanted her opinion on Amanda’s new business of kombucha tea.
Jody wasn’t sure of her at first, but over the first few episodes, they began to click and she eventually became one of Jody’s good friends on the show. I would have to say that if Amanda was in her 20’s, I could see her on “The Bad Girls Club”. One thing about Amanda is, is that she definitely has a mouth on her. She wasn’t afraid to share her opinion and she never sugar coated anything. Sometimes the things she would say was a bit blunt.
Some of Amanda’s confessionals were so funny because she was never afraid to throw a bit of “shade”, which means a bit of a dig at some of the housewives. Whatever Jody told her to do, she pretty much did. She pretty much went along with whatever Jody and Ronnie were doing. I guess there was something about Mary that she didn’t like, but Robin did rub her the wrong way. Robin made a mean comment in regards to alcoholism, which offended Amanda.
Amanda might have been seen as one of the meaner girls on “The Real Housewives of Vancouver” but she definitely had an interesting storyline and she added to show. She really didn’t fade into the background and she definitely kept me entertained. But if she did things a bit more independently from Jody, she might be higher on my list, but she is #55 on my list.
Here are the hints for the next three housewives:
O.C Housewife from a recent season, recently got divorced, a Canadian Housewife.
Hello everyone !
I hope everyone is having a great start to the week! Sorry I couldn't update yesterday, I was very busy.
But I am here today to rank the Housewives #53-51 .
Here is #53
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY”
Tagline: (Season 8) “You only live once, but if you live it right, once is enough”
Lydia McLaughlin is the newest housewife to be on my countdown! Lydia is the newest addition to “The Real Housewives of Orange County” Season 8. Seeing photos of Lydia with the housewives before Bravo started to promote the season, I felt that she would be a fun addition to “The Real Housewives of Orange County”.
This won’t be as long of review because she is the newest housewife, but more so, that the season featuring Lydia is not over yet. Lydia seems very family oriented that is shown spending lots of time with her kids and her husband. Her and her husband to go to places together for things like business as well. She did have an interesting scene though, when she told us that her Mom would be stoned many times.
Lydia came into the group through Alexis. Tamra invited the housewives for a sneak preview of her gym. She invited Alexis and Alexis wanted to bring a friend of hers, that friend being Lydia. Even though Lydia was Alexis’s friend but that didn’t always mean that she was on Alexis’s side all of the time. After the argument at Tamra’s gym, Alexis stormed out. Lydia was there to comfort her but she did say things to Alexis that inferred that Alexis was being a bit overdramatic.
Since the episode with Tamra’s gym, Lydia has kind of become a background character. She has a storyline, but it is being overshadowed with housewives such as Tamra, Gretchen, and Vicki. Lydia has had her moments where she shined, such as confronting Slade about a comment made about her weight. She has gotten into a few arguments with Gretchen and Slade. From her blog, it seems that she doesn’t get along that well with Gretchen.
I will have to watch the rest of the season for Lydia McLaughlin. She is a nice enough housewife but other storylines have been bigger than hers, so she has become a bit of a background character and has kind of faded into the background of the show for now. She is #53, but let’s see what Lydia McLaughlin can do for the rest of the season.
Here is #52:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA”
Tagline: (Season 5) “People say I live a picture perfect life, and I do”
Porsha Stewart lands at #52 on “The Real Housewives” countdown. Porsha is the newest addition to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast for Season 5. Porsha didn’t appear until a few episodes into the series. Porsha was married to NFL football player; Kordell Stewart.
A big part of Porsha’s storyline for her first season on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” was her marriage with Kordell. Many of the housewives felt that something was a little off about the marriage. Many of the housewives felt a bit uncomfortable about how Kordell treated Porsha at times and some of the housewives like NeNe told Porsha how she felt about him on the way to Las Vegas.
Porsha would be higher up in my list, but she did not stick up for herself as well as she could of and as well as she should of. I do like that she always stood up for her marriage and she has stated she always consults with Kordell on many decisions. I would have liked to have seen Porsha a bit more independent in a sense that I would have liked to have more fun than she did in Las Vegas.
I didn’t get to see the Porsha I wanted to see until the reunion. At the reunion, she went hard at some of the girls when questions about her marriage were addressed. She addressed the girls and stood up for herself and I was so happy for her. By the time “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 5 reunion aired, Kordell filed for divorce against Porsha.
Porsha’s biggest feud was with Kenya Moore. We all remember the big fight with Kenya saying “Gone with the wind fabulous”. Porsha didn’t back down with a fight and the fight will definitely be remembered as a great fight in “housewives history”. Although Porsha Stewart is at #52, I am excited to see her on the new season and how she is doing in “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 6.
Here is #51:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF VANCOUVER”
Tagline: (Season 1) “I live life in the fast line, catch me if you can”
Reiko Mackenzie is #51 on my “Real Housewives” countdown. Reiko Mackenzie was an original housewife of “The Real Housewives of Vancouver”. Reiko a few times reminded me of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” housewife Adrienne Maloof.
Reiko Mackenzie was such a great character at the start of the season. She was a gorgeous girl with a positive attitude with a great hobby. Reiko loved to race cars and boy did she have nice cars to race in. Reiko showed us all of the cars that she owned and she was also filmed picking up a really nice Ferrari with things for the car that were custom made just for her.
Reiko was initially really good friends with Jody. Reiko wasn’t a one sided person, she pretty much got along with all of the housewives on her season. It wasn’t until the middle or late part of the first season where she distanced herself from Jody and eventually did not want to be friends with her anymore. She was the type of person that stands up for what or who was right in situations, regardless if she was friends with you or not.
Reiko’s storyline became a bit weird towards the end, especially with the accusations Jody made. I was a bit surprised that Reiko wasn’t asked back for Season 2. A combination of her not wanting to be around those girls and her divorce could have helped her make her decision. I am not sure if she rejected to return or she was let go.
I wish we got to know more about Reiko and I wish that she was on Season 2. She was a big part of the first season when the show first started, but her storyline wasn’t as strong towards the end of the first season, and she wasn’t on Season 2. She is #51 because we didn’t get to know her as well as we could have. I wish she was on Season 2, and who knows, she could have been higher on my countdown.
Here are hints for the next three housewives on my countdown:
Caused drama at Lea Black’s annual gala, her sister is also a housewife, and breaks out in hives when she feels uncomfortable
Hi Everyone! Welcome to another day of the countdown !
We have reached our Top 50 of "The Real Housewives" countdown.
Today, I will be ranking the Housewives that are at #50-48 .
Here is #50:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF MIAMI”
Tagline: (Season 1) “In my world, attitude is everything, I’m keepin it real”
Cristy Rice is our next housewife at #50 on my countdown. Cristy Rice was first shown to us on the first season of “The Real Housewives of Miami”. Cristy Rice right off the bat seemed like a very confident girl that was very sure of who she was, and that attracted me and many other viewers to her.
Cristy Rice was married to NBA player Glen Rice and she has three children with them. Like I said in Larsa Pippen’s review, her and Cristy were probably the closest to one another. Cristy Rice always looked like a fun girl and loved to hang out with her girlfriends. Cristy seemed like she always ready to have some fun and she had a good energy about herself.
She got along with the housewives and went to their dinner parties where they discussed what was going on in their lives. She got along with most of the housewives from “The Real Housewives of Miami”, until Lea’s Annual Gala. I do not remember the whole story, but she caused controversy when going to her Gala without tickets. This did make Lea very mad, especially because it was a charity event.
At the reunion, Cristy was accused of not donating or buying a ticket. Adriana and Lea seemed to have the biggest problem with Cristy. By the end of Season 1 of “The Real Housewives of Miami”, it seemed as Cristy was portrayed as a mean girl. Cristy didn’t seem to care to much about what they had to say and she fought back.
Cristy was definitely one of the girls that was at the center of the drama outside of the dinner parties. I think she was consistent during her only season on “The Real Housewives of Miami” in that she was fun, upbeat, and was full of drama. She was entertaining to watch and I think that maybe they should have brought her back for Season 2, but, oh well. Although she was entertaining, she didn’t entertain me as much as 49 other housewives above her on the list.

Here is #49
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY”
Tagline: (Season 1 and Season 2) “If you think I’m a bitch, then, bring it on”
Dina Manzo from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”. Dina Manzo is the sister of fellow New Jersey housewife, Caroline Manzo. Dina is the youngest of a family of 11 children. When Dina Manzo was first shown to us, I felt she would be the type of person that doesn’t start with you until you start with her. In some cases, I was right. One thing that stuck out to me about Dina was, not only were her and Caroline sisters, but they were also sister–in-laws because Dina married Caroline’s husband, Al’s brother.
Dina Manzo’s biggest feud was with Danielle Staub, who seemed to be the villain of the show, in the show’s first 2 seasons. Dina Manzo seemed to me a private person. She seemed to be a person that was not that involved with drama. One thing that we saw with Dina Manzo was her relationship with her daughter, Lexie. Dina tried to instill Lexie with morals and she didn’t want to raise her to be spoiled.
I think from what we saw, I think she did a great job with Lexie. Lexie seemed to be very respectful except for a few comments. It was clear of Dina’s close relationship with her daughter when she got visably upset with Lexie went on vacation with her Dad. She was also known for her cat that became pretty famous on the show; Grandma Wrinkles.
Dina Manzo’s biggest drama with Danielle came to a head on the Finale when Dina Manzo was accused of showing the rest of the housewives a book containing supposed information about housewife, Danielle Staub. That caused a bit of a fight with housewife, Jacqueline Laurita. By the time the reunion came around, Dina explained herself to Andy and the rest of the housewives.
By the time Season 2 came around, she tried to mend things with Danielle, or at least be cordial. Dina Manzo tried to have a dinner with Danielle Staub, but the dinner didn’t seem to go well, and I think that was the turning point for Dina Manzo. A good way into the second season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”, Dina seemed to be a bit tired of the drama. Although there wasn’t an official reason given, Dina Manzo left “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” a few episodes into the second season. I believe it was because all of the drama. I do think Dina Manzo was meant for reality tv, but maybe not the housewives. Maybe it would have been different if she was on the later seasons, but she does make cameo appearances on the later seasons. Dina Manzo is at #49 because I felt that she wasn’t meant so much for housewives, but I do like that she has her own charity and has her own show on another channel as well.
Chelsea Handler reference. Lol :
Here is #48:
“THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY”
Tagline: (Season 1 to Season 3) “To a certain group of people in New York, status is everything”
(Season 4) “I’ve always had opinions, but now people know it”
Alex McCord is #48 on my countdown. This is where the countdown is really starting to get difficult. Alex McCord is a very interesting housewife and it was very good to see her develop over the 4 seasons that she was on “The Real Housewives of New York City”.
When Alex McCord was first introduced to us on the first season of “The Real Housewives of New York City”, she was shown as a girl with a husband with a big personality and two kids. Unlike many other housewives, Alex McCord’s husband, Simon has played a big role over the first 4 seasons of “The Real Housewives of New York City”. He has caused his own drama with a few of the wives’ husbands and the housewives themselves. Alex McCord was shown many times defending her husband. She did stick up for herself here and there, but not that much.
She would get into a few arguments with Bethenny, Jill, LuAnn, and Ramona but as the season went on, it seemed that she got in more arguments with Jill and LuAnn. As the seasons went by, Alex started to stand up for herself more against the housewives like Jill and LuAnn when they would say some not so nice things to Alex.
What knocks her down a few spots for me, was, by Season 4, she started to take things to seriously. Alex started fighting with housewives like Sonja, that she didn’t have a problem with before. She sometimes took things way to seriously and there were arguments that were sometimes not even needed. I do have to say that some of her arguments with Kelly were so funny just by looking at Alex McCord’s reactions to the arguments.
Alex McCord was not invited back for Season 5 along with 3 other housewives, which I was pretty shocked by. “The Real Housewives of New York City” wasn’t the last we saw of Alex McCord and her husband, Simon. They were both on the second season of the show “Couples Therapy” on VH1. Alex McCord was a very entertaining housewife and she added a good element to “The Real Housewives of New York City”, but she is #48 because although I really like Alex, some housewives have impressed me more.
Here are hints for the housewives #47-45:
The next three housewives will be 3 of the following:
LuAnn de Lesseps
